Our goal is to build a strong, local network of FBI enthusiasts. SuperBased is our attempt at bringing builders together through a series of meetups across 22 cities in India and Dubai. The idea is to initiate ground-up conversations about building onchain.

🙅 Do’s and Don’ts

Do:

use your city telegram channel for all communication.
got any doubt? DM priyanshu
capture and post images and videos of the event. keep it fun and candid and encourage attendees for the same.
collect all the bills for reimbursement.
try going with some local cuisine for food, don’t settle for pizza & burgers.

Don't

share any misinformation, that hasn't been provided by the FBI team or shared in official channels.
position yourself as official agent of FBI.
exclude non-builders in conversations.
organise some other event along the meet-up.
don’t be a pri*ck for sure XD.

Phase I: Planning

3. Select the local cuisine for the theme

5. Plan equipment or materials (if necessary)

Phase II: Enrolling [one week before]

1. Make a list of individual invites (if required)

2. Post to social media and communities

3. Send follow-up and reminder emails

Phase III: Hosting [on event date]

1. Arrive early

2. Set up audio/video (if required)

3. Set up food drinks

4. Start the talk

5. Share QR and let them join Telegram Group

6. Mingle

7. Share POAPs

7. Cleanup

Phase IV: Follow-up [after event]

1. Email and thank participants for attending

2. Optional: ask for feedback on the event.
