🎙️ Calling all builders
We are gathering 16 kickass builders for a 3-week (Online + IRL) program in Dharamshala to ship high value ecosystem public goods. Build on ideas sourced from top Farcaster OGs, receive mentorship from top Indian builders, and contribute to the acceleration of the Superchain.

🛠️ Program Overview:
Phase 1: Onboarding
16 Builders, will be picked through an application form across India. We’re thinking 12:4 Dev: Design/Non-tech ratio.
Phase 2: Online Program
For 2 weeks, builders will be assigned different ideas and will work with top mentors in pre-decided teams. Their only objective to ship what matters to the ecosystem. And to that with speed.
We will also keep community sessions for the builders with FC OGs and top founders/VCs (Varun, Nick, Jesse, Sam, Binji) to get a pulse on the culture of building and Farcaster.
Phase 3: IRL Building in Dharamshala
We will fly in builders who’ve shipped products during the first 2 weeks to come and build IRL for the last week of the Fellowship, in Dharamshala - India.

Note :
- Fellowship is an experimental learning program where builders learn by building ecosystem public goods with guidance and support from top Indian builders.
- Ideas on what to build will be sourced by FBI and the larger warpcast community can choose what gets built.
- Builders get paid a stipend of $200/ week for the 3 weeks + fully paid sponsored trip to Dharamshala
